GSA uses a support ticket system to track your requests.  A support request number will be assigned and automatically send to you and you will be able to track the status of the ticket. 

Creating a Ticket:  You will need to log into the GSA Support System to create a ticket, if you do not have or know your login, please contact your GSA Representative.
